Your holiday villa provides
|
On the ground floor of the 200 square meters villa there is a living room with an open fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a guests' WC.
Three more bedrooms are located on the top floor, and there are another three bathrooms one of which has a bath-tub and WC, while the two others have showers and WCs.
The living room and the downstairs bedroom give access to the main terrace and to the garden which covers a swimming pool of 38 square meters size.

The attached paddling-pool has 8 square meters of size. Garden furniture, sunshades and deck chairs are available.
In the upper gardens there are lawns, flowers, local ornamental plants, and unique views of the neighbouring gardens and villages, of the  Rethymnon Bay including the peninsula of Akrotiri, and of the White Mountains.
The lower part of the very spacious property has not been changed.

Between old walls and terraces from natural stone, there are wild indigenous flowers and herbs as well as carob-, lemon-, orange- and other fruit trees (harvesting permitted!).
A carport for 2 cars is located in the basement. From here, one has access to the tiled part of the cellar which gives room for a washing machine and an ironing-compartment with iron and board.
A barbecue is installed on the breakfast terrace.
